Kristy has been involved with many rescue organizations as a volunteer and board member for over 20+ years. In 2021 she decided it was time to take on the world of rescue in her own name. Meows & Mutts was born of Kristy’s passion to save lives from the streets of Mobile and help reduce the overpopulation crisis by spay and neuter in the community.

Not only has Kristy saved the lives of over 200 animals in just 8 months, she has also created an opportunity for education within the community.
